TI’s first Bluetooth-enabled microcontroller platform

Here is my post on TI’s mobile momentum blog talking about our exciting new MSP430 + CC2560 solution bringing Bluetooth functionality to TI’s market-leading microcontroller platform.  This is the first of many combined wireless + microcontroller solutions that TI envisions as the demand for wirelessly connected solutions continues to increase.

The most significant benefit here to the customer is the time-to-market savings coming from leveraging TI’s production validated software and hardware implementation, as well as a pre-certified Bluetooth module from Panasonic.  Overall, this can save customers more than 6 months development time and allow you to keep the focus where it belongs, on creating a differentiated end-product.
